"This job started as a small project and then mutated into a full siding job. He showed me the rotten/rotting plywood under my siding. He then gave honest recommendations and let us decide what route we wanted to take. He navigated supplier issues when they sent the wrong type of siding. He gave us an alternative idea that would allow the use of the different siding without waiting 4+ weeks for the new shipment. The crew was 100% dependable for the entire job and they did amazing work! He even fixed broken trim on my garage door. A+++++"

"We got four windows replaced in two bedrooms because our proximity to the highway our old windows allowed a ton of road noise. We were ready to spend for the top of the line the Bella windows and our sales rep suggested that we not spend for the three pain windows insisting that the two pain Windows would be adequate. We have been amazed at the difference and very happy with the quality of the product the installation was done on time as promised the windows look perfect and we're very happy with the quality!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
