"Everything Mike said he would do, he did. The old caulking needed removed first, and that was a lot of prep work, especially on the second story windows. We went a little over the project estimate, but that was due to the amount of prep time it took. No mess was left after the work. Communication was excellent all the way. "Chris Means By All Means and More did it again. His workers showed up on time and worked until 7pm to get the job done. Everything was done to perfection. In addition they cleaned up each and every scrap of aluminum including the little tiny shreds that had landed in the flower beds under the windows. And even though it was not part of the contract they spontaneously straightened up our mulch beds which had gotten pretty ragged looking due to heavy rains over the last few weeks. No extra charge...they just saw what needed to be done and did it. This was the sixth time they've worked on our house and they are consistently professional, friendly, courteous and reliable.
