"I called and the next day the sales rep came out to our building with samples to pick from and she was very informative about the products and professional. I had to call back in because i did not count the right number of windows to be done. And again the sales rep was accommodating and was able to add the windows 3 days before installing. Also was able to schedule a sunday Installation when the lab was closed. The installer was here early, very courteous , professional and efficient. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
