"We had our basement waterproofed by Baker's. It's been bone-dry since. We did have one piece of equipment fail within a month of the installation, but it was a third party dehumidifier that was just a dud I guess, no fault of Baker's. I texted the project manager about it on a Sunday. I expected a response the following week. He got back to me within the hour. The equipment was removed and replaced within a couple days. Everything great since. I would highly recommend Baker's, but specifically our project manager Nathan Goddard and the head guy on site Daylan. Can't remember his last name, but he's got a long beard and did a great job. Thanks to both of them and the rest of the guys."

He was very detailed on what he did and took pictures of what he did. He must of asked me 10 times if I had any questions or concerns ( as he was going through all the stuff that he did) about anything, which showed he really cared about me (the consumer) and his line of work that he does. It'll take 1/4 of the time to schedule, reschedule, and complete the project, and you won't have to deal with all the messes and damage they leave in their wake. While Keystone's sales team does a great job selling their leveling service, delivery and scheduling are abysmal. It takes months to schedule, followed by weeks of equipment failures and rescheduling. You'll also be cleaning up stains and messes left behind, reminding them of what has and hasn?t been done yet, as well as essential contracted items and processes that were skipped throughout. You can call and discuss the issues with the crew and management, but only if you can actually wade through all their random phone numbers and find someone willing to answer or return your calls. For tens of thousands of dollars, you expect a simple level of service, coordination, and professionalism that doesn't follow through from sales to crew. "
