"This was a second time I called for the same problem. The first time, the icemaker was replaced. This time the technician was intent on finding the reason for the continued problem. I'm impressed with his diligence in going over everything and actually finding and fixing the reason for the continued issue. "It was very worthwhile to use this service because the decorator answered some critical questions and kept me from making costly mistakes.  It is a good place to start and the price was right for what she did.  She spent 30 minutes on the phone talking to me but before that she spent a significant amount of time looking over photos and measurements that I submitted to her by email. She put a lot of time into the consult.  This service would be great for choosing wall colors, flooring, and fabric for furniture.  I will definitely keep her contact information for future projects.

"EXCELLENTLY! Couldn't have asked for a better experience and amazing sun room! Windows and screens can be removed for easy cleaning. New flooring is waterproof in case it rains and we aren't home to close windows. Demo was one day/finished the next! On time/ professional/ amazing finished product! We love it!!!"

"Mr Machen has impressive skill with both removing difficult 1930's steel windows and installing replacement windows. He does an excellent job wrapping the exterior of the window with metal, resulting in a beautiful finished look. He is quite compulsive with insulation and caulking as well. He removed all the old windows and debris and left a clean job site. Couldn't ask for better work.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
