"He's really good and knows what he's doing!"

Capable and dependable, skilled and experienced in most areas of home repair and maintenance. Over twenty years working on and managing rental property on the East End of Charleston WV. A wealth of experience in older home repairs. Plumbing, electrical troubleshooting and repair. Drywall, carpentry. Landscaping. I enjoy the work, and would love to help solve your home maintenance issues.

I am a young business owner and brand new father! I have worked all over the construction industry from a young age and became a licensed plumber before I finished highschool. The name “One man” Freelancing was inspired by my service in the WV national guard where I still currently serve as the “one man” a term given to the cannon crewmember who loads and fires the artillery cannons. I have a broad range of knowledge and problem solving skills, if I don’t know how to do the job I will surely be able to learn and you will not be disappointed with results!

"We love our cabinets! They look fantastic while remaining affordable. The friendly staff at AWD helped us from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and gave us advice and tips when needed. They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. The hinges and hardware are high quality. We are extremely pleased with AWD and would recommend them to any friends or family looking for good cabinets at a fair price."

"His team was very good. They showed up on time, worked hard and steady to get the job done in 2 days. Very satisfied."

"Jodie's original estimate did change since I also requested that a garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet be installed, as well as the redesign of the drain flow problem. I?m sure he got into more than he bargained for considering the flawed design, but he stuck to his estimate and completed the work in a very timely fashion.
I must also add that Jodie was very tolerant with a very curious kitten!
My brother also contacted Jodie for a critical roof repair on his daughter?s house. Jodie was able to schedule the roof repair the next day, again, for a very reasonable price. My brother was quite pleased with Jodie?s work, punctuality and professionalism.
I'm in an age bracket where a reliable handyman is in high demand. I'm so excited to be able to tell others that I know that Jodie's skills can address the majority of household repairs that we need.

"Ron from Home Depot was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me some great tips for future references. He called to confirm he could come out sooner than appt. time . He had thorough answers to all of my questions and the cost was fair. I would highly recommend."

"Mike has been awesome. He was responsive, communicative and finished many different tasks ranging from mounting to installing cameras and fixing my wooden deck. Mike is honest about what he can and cannot do and highly resourceful too. 100% recommend."
