new &old construction

Ed Mullins, owner of New and Old Construction, did the repairs to my kitchen floor, downstairs ceiling, laundry room and guest room floors, and guest bath floors.  The work is gorgeous and his prices very fair.  Ed is a very personable man who I felt perfectly safe having work in my home.  He takes great pride in his work, and does not take shortcuts.  He fixed a few other small problems that he saw as he was working, and charged very little for doing so.  The job was finished in a timely manner.  Although it took longer than the originally estimated, Ed was either here working or maintaining clear communication with me. I was genuinely sorry to see the project end because it was such a pleasure having Ed here.  He seems to be a very honest straight-shooter, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again to tackle any project that I'd have, no matter how big or small.
