"1st technician came out said he had to order parts and then never came back. 1 week later sears repair came and replaced defrost panel said it was fixed. I called two days later to say it still was not working. They said I had to pay 2nd service call, even though policy says if recurring for 30 days wouldn’t have to pay. Third technician said it was compressor and it couldn’t be fixed. So, now it been 2 1/2 weeks and still no working fridge. Now they offer only 600.00$ towards replacement and to get similar fridge it cost me 1200.00."

It's just inconvenient when you have somebody come out and they don't do it correctly and in the hottest part of the summer you have to go a week without air conditioning. That was uncomfortable. I had to call them again about my dishwasher. The same guy has come out four times and has had to order the parts and every time they've put in a new electronic panel. I just find it hard to believe that a dishwasher that's about 10 years old needs four electronic panels put in it. I'm paying $75 each time. I'm hoping this time they will allow me to just go get a new one. It never works completely because it doesn't ever dry dishes. It's just an ongoing issue. You have wait for a while when they order parts. It costs $75 per visit. I've had him out here five times already for my dishwasher. That's almost enough to buy a new dishwasher."
