"I had to wait longer than they said or what I had anticipated.  They ended up working on three rainy days when they couldn't work on the other job they had.  I didn't realize that I would have to wait when I originally talked to them.  But, so far, I have no problem with the work they did.  It was just getting them started was somewhat difficult.  I gave them C's because I don't feel that enough time has lapsed to judge the quality of the work."
