They worked non stop for about 6.5 hours and had finished the preliminary installation of the new system. John had explained during the estimate, the the builder had installed a unit too small for the size of the home, which caused some of the problems. This time the contractor said there would be an additional charge of $67.00 because pipes had to be rerouted or the warranty would be void. The previous contractor had no such charge and did not reroute the pipes. I feel like Total Air Care - Polar Plumbing is ripping me off."
