"Superior customer service. Above and beyond! Discovered a small mouse in my kitchen pantry yesterday. Called for pest control service today. Mark (technician) called me this morning and agreed to meet me at my home. Being a holiday weekend and already heavily booked for today, Mark worked me into his schedule. I have a yearly contract for pest service and Mark began treating the perimeter of my home before I arrived. I gave him a box and he attempted to catch the mouse in the box.
