It took months of relentless calls and emails just to get them to show up and inspect the issue. When they finally did, their solution was to deflect yet again rather than address the real problem. The entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. If you’re considering working with this company, think twice. I wouldn’t wish this kind of stress and disappointment on anyone."
