All others talked vaguely about what they were going to do (maybe to add money later on?) or just didn't come back because maybe it was above their skill level? He was also the only one who could accurately describe the expected water damage and what could happen during the repair process. There were some bumps in the road with a worker of his who did not correctly rebuild some areas. Jodi recognized this before I had to say anything and he promised to make it right.
