"The gentlemen were very polite and respectful. They came out the same day for an emergency (a severely clogged drain), which was very much appreciated. However, the problem was not solved, despite assurances that it was. A second company came out and found a piece of an old plumbing snake that had somehow been stuck in the pipe, which was causing the clog. The second company believed that the piece should have been able to be detected (and removed) by Sewer & Drain Specialists during the first check, as it was very large. I am not a plumber, so I can only go by what they tell me. I hate leaving anything but glowing reviews, but it is also important to note when things don't go quite so well, to hopefully avoid the same problem in the future, as it did end up costing double what it should have to fix the problem and almost a week of extra time without working toilets/showers/etc."

"Fast service -I called on Friday and they came on Monday. The first thing they did that impressed me was that they took off their shoes before entering the house. They fixed my toilet, replaced the shut off valve, and then they put back (without being asked to do so) the shelving unit that I had moved to another room so it would be out of their way. One thing anyone not living in Clarksburg should know, is that they do charge for going to another city.

"All Piped Up will be my new go to for any plumbing projects or issues I have from now on! The owner Travis is kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough. We decided to remodel our basement bathroom. We wanted to change the location of the sink, install a new toilet, and install all new water lines to the shower that was leaking. Travis was quick to respond. He came in evaluated the situation and gave us a very reasonable quote. He was very thorough in explaining what work needed to be done and he did exactly that. He came in got the work done in no time and I am so happy with the results! Our next project we have in mind is converting to a tankless hot water heater. Travis was so kind and patient he answered all my questions and helped us figure out exactly what we needed. "Slow draining tub, a toilet that just won't flush, and some back flow when using the dishwasher left us thinking we just had a major clog.  To our surprise, it was a collapsed sewer line that needed to be replaced.  While there was a 1 week wait due to the time of year and the demands they were expecting, we were more than happy to wait the week.  Work went quickly and smoothly, and was far less intrusive than we anticipated.  Their staff even wore shoe coverings when coming into the house!  Only some minor clean up work was required once they left, which appeared to be an oversight when they cleaned up.  Everything else was back to normal after they left and no problems since."

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

My experience overall was very good. I had a leaky basement and I had several people that only had one idea of what to do, but this gentleman had several ideas all with pros and cons. I was impressed that he had options to give me, which no one else had. He also suggested some cement work next spring. He guarantees his work and was very upfront about everything. They were there when they said they would be, they were even early. Their price was very reasonable."
