They quickly fixed the door and left it better than before by oiling the springs and tracking to get rid of the awful screeching noise. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and what type of regular maintenance I should preform to get the longest life out of my doors and showed me how to reprogram the door in the event I decided to change my code.
