I bought one of their systems when i moved into my new house and it works great. Unfortunately they said i would get a soap package with purchase of the system but the person never gave me the information to login to order the soap. Whenever i contact him he takes days to weeks to respond and never does what he says.

Juan was amazing 👍 He explained everything and showed us the results of the gross water we have here in Florida. After they installed it he tasted the water again and even drank it! If anyone is looking for a water softener this is the man to call! Very knowledgeable and most of all friendly.No REGRETS HERE😊

Staff are very knowledgeable, professional....the technician that services our system ,Israel ,is wonderful, thorough and explains all of our questions. Did have some scheduling problems but Gabby from the office resolved immediately. Very satisfied!

One concern I had as the installation started was he was using Shark bite fittings , he assured me they were to code and that’s all he used , sure enough when he ran the system test we found a leak and he had to redo the fittings not a very confident feeling!
