"Was able to get an appointment at my convenience, salesman Jeremy was both knowledgeable and personable. Jeremy helped me get the best equipment for my concerns, and together we determined what pieces could wait until I could afford to add more. I was offered a lifetime servicing plan for the equipment at no cost to me or for replacement. The keypad is an awesome piece of equipment (which Larry installed and did an outstanding job with!) and once it was up, I was sort of sad that I didn't just leave it as a "desk top" option that Larry had mentioned so I could move it around the house with me. In hind sight if I had known more about the benefits of leaving it as a desk top option, I probably would have opted for it. But initially I thought it was a "short cut" to install, which it would not have been. By far the coolest thing about 1st Security's service is the fact that they use alarm.com, from which I can arm and disarm my system from my cell phone. No juggling at the door, sprinting to the keypad, etc. I also have a peace of mind that I have never really had with Front Point, Guardian or other security services since I can actually see my alarm activity online and on the app. The system also allows up to 239 individual passwords that you can assign to family members or others you hire to do work at your home. My only disappointment is with signage for the house. I want 2 security signs for my home (relatively higher crime area) but was given one and told he'd get the other one to me only after I offered to pay for it (which honestly, I should not have to do - the more signs in my yard, the better advertisement for your company). Also they "were out of" window clings/stickers, something I want immediately upon install. Larry said they were on order and he would get the stickers and extra sign to me as soon as they were in. I'll update you on that when I get them."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "It went very well. While they were not always able to be exactly on time, they were never very late. They cleaned up each evening before leaving so that we didn't have to deal with a lot of mess. They laid the tile is beautifully including in the shower surround. Everything was done to the scale of perfection and they would have used on their own homes. "I visited the company to secure an estimate on the work I needed done. The young woman at the desk asked me a few questions as to what I thought I needed, why I wanted the tint (safety, cooling, security, etc.) and then recommended the type and thickness she thought would satisfy my needs. She also gave me a cost quote and a time-frame in which they would do the installation. I took home the information with a promise to call for an appointment. Later I called and was given a very convenient appointment for the next day. I brought my vehicle to the company on time and returned two hours later (as instructed.). The workman was just finishing up the job and I was made very comfortable in the waiting area entertained by the "world's friendliest dog". I was presented with an invoice which I paid with my credit card and left. All in all the entire experience was acceptable and I would recommend this company to anyone.

"I received a confirmation from Choice Home for my claim within hours of filing my claim. Included in the confirmation was the Contractors Name, Phone number and the window for service. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. In all it was a positive experience."
