Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. "1st project: They did not purchase garage doors with key locks (as I asked)and did not use proper rubber gasket on bottom of door so that there were no gaps. These garages were old and crooked. I hired someone else to finish the work. 2nd project: Removed door and repositioned on another wall where there was set of steps to outside. Installed door but did not do adjustment and repair on the stairs. because they were promised to another job. They left my job for few days and promised to return to finish the stairs and suggested I hold back some money until then.($500) However, when he returned he wanted $2500 more to make the exterior staircase "to code"!! He knew the circumstances of this job upon the original bid. There is not $2500 "extra" dollars in the budget. I asked that he put the window back but he wanted to charge me again to do that. Now I am left with a door to a dangerous side steps. Was this ethical? Also I had to call several times to remove the debris including wire screen used to surround the railing. He doubted it was his but I assured him it was original to the deck. That was in 2015/2016 and I do not know if his current circumstances and or if the employees have changed. However, this issue still remains and done with the owner."

"I visited the company to secure an estimate on the work I needed done. The young woman at the desk asked me a few questions as to what I thought I needed, why I wanted the tint (safety, cooling, security, etc.) and then recommended the type and thickness she thought would satisfy my needs. She also gave me a cost quote and a time-frame in which they would do the installation. I took home the information with a promise to call for an appointment. Later I called and was given a very convenient appointment for the next day. I brought my vehicle to the company on time and returned two hours later (as instructed.). The workman was just finishing up the job and I was made very comfortable in the waiting area entertained by the "world's friendliest dog". I was presented with an invoice which I paid with my credit card and left. All in all the entire experience was acceptable and I would recommend this company to anyone.
