"Melissa was on top of everything I requested. I am placing my house on the market so we needed walls, baseboards, ceiling fans, cabinets cleaned, windows and their seals, as well as the remainder of the home. Our wooden floors have not looked this phenomenal since they were installed. The services performed not only met but exceeded our expectations. We will be hiring them again for our other rentals. I would highly recommend them to EVERYONE & EVERYONE! Fair to low pricing with excellent work and the upmost professionalism."

"Excellent customer service, prompt, and got the job done in a reasonable time, weather permitting. Did not request payment until job was completed. Asked if I was satisfied with the work and if not they would correct any issues I was unhappy with within reason and according to what the contract stated. Very satisfied with the work and curtesy. Definite rehire for my next job!"

"Nena’s service is excellent. Dependable, pays attention to details, and seems genuinely concerned about both quality work and whether I am pleased with the results. Highly recommend."

"We had a roof leak that was coming from the flashing around the chimney. I called and the guy came out the same day and repaired the roof. I waited a few day to write this review to see if the roof leaked again. So far, no leak. Excellent work"

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

There are two ways sandblasting could be dangerous: improper use of the equipment so that the stream touches your skin, and air particles created during the sandblasting process. While the first is easier to avoid and fairly obvious, the second has the potential to be more serious and is much more difficult to understand. This is why you should always hire a pro to sandblast, as they understand the dangers associated with the process. If proper safety measures are taken, then sandblasting is rarely dangerous.

Most projects take 1-3 days, depending on the surface area and complexity.

Costs depend on surface material, labor, debris disposal, and the type of blasting media used.

DIY is possible, but professional services ensure even removal, safety compliance, and proper cleanup.

The cost of sandblasting depends on the scope of the project, the surface type, labor, and equipment required. Services typically cost between $50 and $80 per hour, though most professionals charge by surface area at a rate of $1.50 to $7 per square foot. Total project costs can range from $700 to $12,500, with an average homeowner spending around $3,200 to sandblast a 1,000-square-foot surface.
