I called after having some issues with bees and spoke with Ryan. He and Jared came out within 24 hours of the call to my house. I’ve tried with three other pest control companies and NONE have been close to the care and attention they gave me. Ryan listened thoroughly to the concerns I had, not only with the pests, but with treating them keeping my babies safety in mind. He and Jared educated me on the treatments and shared resources so I could read even more on my own. Jared suited up and spend over an hour trying to find the bee hive and the root of the issues. He crawled under my very low porch trying to cover every base. Jared has a keen eye for detail and really left no stone unturned. Out of all the pest control places I’ve dealt with, they by far are superior. These guys are HONEST. Straight up told me success rates, what may or may not help, etc. Very pleasant to work with with very affordable and fair prices.

Excellent! These guys were on time, very profession and reasonably priced. They eliminated my hornet issue safely and effectively without a single hornet getting loose in my house. Would definitely use this service again.

We had ant problems that was driving my wife crazy. We would find them everywhere in the most random spots. After BA Bug Busters services we haven’t had issues! The granules they used have worked wonders!

The first service went well. Jared and Ryan both seemed knowledgeable in their field. The initial service was done quickly but efficiently. A service plan for future treatments is in place but we were assured we could contact them anytime with concerns. Overall, we are well pleased.

I was very grateful today when Jared showed up at the house. I recently purchased my home and was trying to treat bugs on my own, but saw that it was going to become quite an ordeal. Jared was amazing. He was patient and kind answering all of my questions. He also took into consideration that I had a cat and grandbabies that would be at the house and assured me that everything that he was using would be safe. It is nice to know that I have one less thing to worry about. I am also very happy to support a small business. Now- a -days it seems that companies don’t care about their customers, but that is not the case here.
