Chip is very good at appliance repair he was able to diagnose my dryer problem over the phone. He is expensive $270 to repair the dryer, of which $65. Was for parts. Very nice person.

Called for a residential repair to a 2nd floor terrace wall area that is allowing water to enter the interior ceiling/walls in the living room on a townhouse and he said they don't do private residences even though the description of services performed on Angie's List states otherwise.

Serviceman came into driveway and properly introduced himself and advised the purpose of his visit. He checked all tv cable connections and even went under the house where found several loose connections. After making the repairs he left with no mess or dirt left behind.
