"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Scott came out to our house to see what needed to be done to stop a leak in my skylight.  He thought he arrived a little late but was actually right on time.  He advise me that it was most likely a seal that needed to be re-caulked.  He advised that if further damage was found he would let me know and give me an estimate.  He had fantastic customer service and I was called before and after the work was completed.  I would highly recommend this company and couldn't be happier with their work.  The price was more than fair for the quality of work his company performed.

I talk to them and do not have to deal with the sub-contractor. They have done some light interior, carpentry, and plumbing. They arranged for the people to come in and install a light for me. I do not use them as a general contractor. I use them for when I need something done I call Loretta and she will call the sub-contractors and then call me back and tell me the price."
