"Scott came out to our house to see what needed to be done to stop a leak in my skylight.  He thought he arrived a little late but was actually right on time.  He advise me that it was most likely a seal that needed to be re-caulked.  He advised that if further damage was found he would let me know and give me an estimate.  He had fantastic customer service and I was called before and after the work was completed.  I would highly recommend this company and couldn't be happier with their work.  The price was more than fair for the quality of work his company performed.

That is how I originally found them on Angies List; I was looking for a house sitter while we went on vacation for three weeks. They have arranged exterior concreting for me. I talk to them and do not have to deal with the sub-contractor. They have done some light interior, carpentry, and plumbing. They arranged for the people to come in and install a light for me. I do not use them as a general contractor. I use them for when I need something done I call Loretta and she will call the sub-contractors and then call me back and tell me the price."

"In the end, the quality of the building I now have is great.  For the long term that is obviously the most important thing, that is why I am giving Danley's a B.
Here are the details of the positives:
1. The sub-contractors: All the sub-contractors they used to do the work were great.  They answered any questions I asked, worked hard, showed up on time, came to me with any issues they ran into, they were extremely professional and overall did a very quality job.
2. Quality: The final product is well put together.  Although the process to get to the end point was a headache, the garage is of great quality so it was worth the money.
Here are some areas that Danley's could really improve:
1. Communication: Danley's is a volume builder, that's how they make their money.  Their sales force and project managers do not communicate well at all.  It's a crap shoot on if you get a response within a few minutes or if you're waiting several days for a call back.  They have also had problems with their email system so emails get rejected back at times.  Again, I believe this is completely due to the fact that they do so many projects, and can't give each project the attention is deserves.  You are also dealing with a different person for each portion of the project so you never know who you're supposed to talk to and they don't ever give you dates unless you bother them several times to get them.
2. Being upfront:  Danley's isn't dishonest, but they are not upfront.  If you are a person that wants nothing to do with the process and doesn't care about cost, then this really isn't a problem.  I had to ask several times for a detailed breakdown of costs and I never really got the labor/materials breakdown that I actually wanted.  There are some things that are direct bill and other things that are included in the price, make sure you understand this COMPLETELY if you use Danley's.  Everything is also an extra.  When you see the base price, add at least a few thousand dollars extra and that will be a more realistic price to what you'll be paying.  Read the contract very very carefully before you sign it and plan for the worst case scenario in your budget.
3. The process: They are not clear about how the whole process works unless you ask very detailed questions about how it is going to operate and what things you need to take care of and what they need to take care of.  They have a permit guy, but he only helps with the permit if there aren't any problems.  I needed a variance for my project from the city and the permit expert should have been able to help me with that, but I ended up having to do that entire process myself.  Each step of the process was a struggle with dealing the the sales team and project managers.  It would be helpful if they made a simple flow diagram of who to talk to at what point in the process since their customers need to keep on top of them to keep the project going.
Overall, would I recommend them? Not really, but if someone asked me about them I would say they are worth getting a quote from for your project.  If I were to do this project again, I would just be the general contractor myself and sub out the work.  I am happy with the end result, but it was truly a struggle to get through the project in the end.
