"About 5 months ago I reviewed the services of Acquire Restoration and gave them one star for incomplete and incompetent service as well as for charges way over estimate. 3 weka ago they finally responded - belatedly kind of like their service. There were several inaccuracies in their response. It is correct that I signed for services prior to the start of work but the estimate that your former employee - that you fired - provided was not honored. We did have a carpet upgrade but we were also charged for additional time it took the dry walkers and painters to return to correct the job, which actually was never completed by the painter. In addition your claim that you verbally told me the color of paint used is inaccurate - despite numerous phone calls and requests no one ever responded and despite your claim no paint was left in the house. Your claim that you were screamed at on the phone is also very untrue and I would dare you to provide any proof of that. All in all, my review of 1 remains. Jeff needs to get over himself and provide quality service to his customers if he wants his business to continue"

"We had water damage in our basement due to the flood in 8/2018. Called FGS The Restoration Company based on a recommendation and they have good reviews. Our apt was setup within a week and a very pleasant woman came out. She had good pointers about the water damage and said she would be sending out an estimate within a few weeks. Then we don't hear anything for 3 weeks so I send her an email checking in about the estimate. Still no response so I call a week after sending the email. No call back. I then send another email 3 weeks after the first email and she responds back with the estimate. We then try to get things setup but she doesn't respond. I call the office main # who says she will make sure my message gets to the estimator. Another week goes by no response. I then send an email which she does respond to . With basically a response that they won't be taking on our project. "After speaking with our General Manager, we will not be able to take your project on at this time. We are out 8-10 weeks. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused." Its very frustrating just finding remodeling agencies can be a struggle. And then you find one you like but they just don't respond. I can only assume it was also because our project was small to them ($10,000). We would then use them for future remodels as well. Anyway, we are now going with S&R Remodeling."
