"The plumber, Mark, who did the work is very knowledgeable and personable.  He did a professional job but had to come back because of mechanical problems with the truck he was provided which delayed his arrival.  They cancelled the first scheduled day because of mechanical problems with the truck.  The work was fine and looked great.
The only problem I have with this provider is the billing.  They advertise "free estimates" but hide that fee in what is termed a "look over" fee.  When questioned about this fee the explanation by the owner was that he had to come 2 times to make sure that they had the proper supplies and equipment in the cube truck when they came.  He did offer a 1/2 hour discount on the next bill when they came back to complete the job.  I chose to complete the job with another company that truly does give free estimates.  
The work was good but the billing is less than professional.

"I love this virtual service. My Whirlpool Duet was flashing an error code related to the drain pump. After cleaning the pump, the error was still showing. I set up an appointment with Neli and spoke with a very knowledgeable representative. He assessed the machine and was able to determine the likely cause of the error. After the appointment, I was sent information on ordering the replacement part and how to set up a call to install the new pump. I would use Neli in the future for any appliance issue!"

I initially had a poor interaction with Mike that did not result in solving the above plumbing problem above. However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly.  He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain). Even though the second time we hired him was not successful (and we had to hire a second plumber to resolve the problem) we will use him in the future because he reached out to resolve our concerns in a professional manner.
