Tom is an extremely knowledgeable and honest person who has a wealth of experience. We have an old farmhouse with original wood siding, much of it rotted and not a single 90 degree angle on the house. Also our roof was suffering from many ridge top shingle blow-offs and was in need of repair. He made so many great recommendations and the finished work was perfect, especially since we knew it would be challenging to install Smart Siding which can be inflexible. I could not be happier and am looking forward to having enough $$ to start my next big project. We also enjoyed getting to know him on a personal level along with his punctual and friendly crew. Thanks Tom and crew!

The crew was very professional and did a wonderful job. Our house is not just the typical square box. We have a very extreme pitch to the roof and several dormers to be dealt with. Lots of detail work. Also, as they removed the old aluminum cladding from the windows, they found a LOT of rotted wood and had to replace most of it. Tom recommended a few improvements that we would not have thought of and they were definitely worth the small additional price. The guys showed up on time every day and cleaned up after themselves each night.
We selected Tom Geier to do the work because he had done the roof and siding originally (almost exactly ten years ago) and they did a great job then too. We had gotten three estimates to do the work this year and Tom was the most reasonable pricewise, too.

He recognized the old shingles that failed and helped me make a $500 claim on that warranty. I was able to reach the owner in a timely fashion and the roofing work was done properly and quickly. When I had a problem later on with a leaking skylight (not his fault), he came to inspect it and explained how to deal with it. He will also work on house siding and window replacement. Several neighbors have hired him and I have heard no complaints from them.
