"STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. You cannot trust them. They will rip you off if they can. They bid a project for my parents. They told us, the kids, the project would be 300k, it would be done in August 2025 and take a month to build. After all of that, hey went out to our parents house and had them write a check for $250,000.00 and sign an open ended contract for $750,000.00 where they have $500,000.00 after only doing the concrete. What honest contractor woud ever ask that of a customer. Our parents had no idea about the pay schedule. Needless to say, they were disappointed and felt taken advantage of. They asked if we could help them get of the contract. We have tried to speak with Anthony Lamore about providing us with an itemized bill and a refund. As of yet, we have received no refund, no bill or breakdown?only threats. Im attchaing the contract for everyone to see. "

His wife finally told me he had a sore shoulder and had to turn down some jobs. Make sure you have a Plan B . I hope his work product is better than his business etiquette......Res Ipsa Loquitur"

You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.

Concrete can take up to 28 days to completely harden, depending on the type and its water content. But it dries enough for foot traffic in 24 to 48 hours. A 4-inch-thick concrete slab can support around 4,000 pounds per square foot if a contractor reinforces the slab with rebar, while that same slab without reinforcements will support closer to 1,000 pounds.
