Mark installed our heating in our new home.  Was clean, answered all questions.  Explained how to run the system.  Now geothermal is our air conditioning and also heats our water when the unit is on.  Best money we ever spent.  Mark is now installing an april air to the unit.

With using the fireplace our humidity got very low.  Called and talked to Mark.  Within a week Mark had it all installed.  We feel it is a very reasonable price, no mess to clean up.  Showed me how to use and what to expect.  Great service!!

I've been using Professional Heating and Cooling for my heating and cooling needs since I purchased my home 7 years ago.  The service technician is friendly and helpful and is very good with my dogs who can be pretty annoying.  He's made small repairs to my ancient furnace to keep it running well as well as minor repairs to my air conditioning unit.  Because of this, I've never lived without heat or air conditioning.  He is honest and upfront about what I can expect out of my units and alerts me to any issues that may potentially be brewing.  I highly recommend their service.

We were having a lot of moisture on our windows and needed a professional to tell us what might be wrong or what needed to be fixed. I looked through Angie's List to find an HVAC company in the area that might have experience with radiant floor heat and ICFs as I wasn't sure if this might be compounding our problem. Werner Sr came to our house and checked out every room with a hygrometer, checked the attic and walked around the perimeter of our home with me.  As we went, he gave me a lot of information about what might be causing the problem, but once we found the clogged outdoor intake to our air exchanger, he was fairly convinced that was the source of our problem.  He thought new bath fans might also help, but wanted me to try fixing the few things we could on our own first and said he could get us a quote for the other work that might need to be done. 
It is rare that you find a company, or people, willing to give you free advice and not sell you something you don't need.  Werner even called back several days later to check in and see if that had fixed our problem!  It had!  We have no more moisture and now we know we need to watch the hygrometer we purchased to make sure we're not too dry and not too humid.
I am truly thankful for Werner and Professional Heating and Cooling. I will be back if and when another need arises!

The sales staff was helpful with choosing the correct furnace for each unit of a Two Family Home. The crew worked hard and cleaned up after each visit. They were informative and kept me up to date as to what they were doing and why. I found them to be professional and easy to work with. I recieved a discount buying two furnaces and was also given a Rebate Form for each furnace installed. I had to call Professional Heating & Cooling back when in the UPPER unit the airflow to a bedroom and bathroom did not seem to be adequate. They came back and took out the duck work and installed larger ducts and the problem has been resolved. There was an extra charge for the  materials, but  NOT for the labor.  They were very nice to work with and so far all is working well. I would recommend this company and I would contract them again. I am very satisfied.

I couldn't be more pleased with their installation and follow-up. They were on time, very thorough; the installer explained everything to me, and they cleaned everything up very quickly. Then there was a follow-up phone call, and the owner stopped over a couple weeks later to check if I was pleased with everything. My house feels consistently warmer. The unit is very quiet. I couldn't be more pleased with everything. I don't anticipate any problems with the units; but I do know, if I had a problem with anything, they'd be there for me as soon as it was possible. I can call them day or night, and that means alot to me.

These two contractors are pros. You wont be disappointed.

The name of the company is not Al's.  It is prtofessional H/C.  The office girl set up the appointment and advised me to wait the weekend if possible so there would not be an extra charge.  The tech (Chris, I think)showed up on time and told us what it was and we told him to do the work.  He did it quickly and we were happy.  Even our dog liked him.

Apparently, another serviceperson had been unable to resolve the problem.  We eventually got the owner and his son who had installed the system to make the necessary adjustments.  They have my highest recommendation.

We are very pleased with the quiet, comfort, even heat distribution, and cost of operation of our new Geocomfort system. As a side benefit, the system is also supplying almost all of our water heating. ProHC left our basement cleaner than it was before the project started. The plumbing, electrical, and geoexchange loop contractors hired by ProHC were timely, courteous, and competent and Junior's workmanship was top-notch. The cost of operating the system in our 2500 square foot ranch was about $15.00 for the first full week (average outside temp = 32F) - at least 75% less than the cost of operating our old high-efficiency gas furnace and gas water heater.
