Provided me with recommendations of contractors to complete uncovered aspects of the job (drywall, plumbing). "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

A number of times we added things to the work, quite a bit more than we originally planned, although size and scope were not great. Provider consistently showed up when he said he would, on time, stayed late, and was clearly concerned about doing a great job. In some cases, if he was not satisfied with the work, he did it over, e.g. repainting garage doors. His efforts and results were excellent."
