Be extremely wary of hiring these movers. Several items of extreme monetary and emotional value disappeared as the men worked. The response from the company was "the men didn't see anything". As no one else besides the movers was at the house, that's an unacceptable response.The movers threw several items into a trash pile without consulting with us as to whether the items were, in fact, trash. They are not.The movers were also in an area of the house where they did not have permission to be. Nothing was to be moved in the room where they went.Have your employees quietly bring back what they stole and no legal charges, civil or criminal, will be filed. First of all they gave me a quote and ended up charging way more than expected. Then it took me a while to realize that all my furniture had missing legs. My entire bedroom and my daughters bedroom. They assembled everything without them except for my bedroom which they just left on the floor. They couldn’t finish assembling because their boss told them time was up. I was convinced I’d find my missing pieces in a box somewhere but nothing was ever found. Previous landlord was kind enough to let me check the home but there was nothing there. After all they were the ones who took furniture apart when they got there. My friend was moving recently and asked me what company I used and I said “nope, stay away” find another one.

this company can't help you move your entire house, failed to move anywhere - ! I was so nervous about moving into a new home, but they made the stress high. Not recommended

Awful experience. Not only did they break and lose items that I canà ¢à  à  t replace or the fact that they wouldnà ¢à  à  t pack or unpack until they were paid in advance, but their insurance isnà ¢à  à  t worth the paper ità ¢à  à  s written on. After an extensive battle to try and reclaim funds for the damages caused, they awarded $77 for $3000 worth of damage. You still have to notorize the letter and mail it off at additional expense. Awful company. Donà ¢à  à  t use them. If youà ¢à  à  re a glutton for punishment please get your own insurance.

Hiring them was a regrettable decision. Communication was poor, and the movers arrived late on the moving day, causing unnecessary stress. They mishandled my belongings, resulting in damages. The claims process for insurance has been slow, and the final bill exceeded the initial estimate with undisclosed charges. Avoid this company.

It was a nightmare - The movers displayed a lack of care, resulting in damaged items. Dealing with their insurance claims process has been a slow and disheartening process. Beware of hidden charges; my final bill was far beyond the initial estimate. Avoid at all costs.
