We did the who outside drainage work and foundation waterproofed. Put in a new back up sump pump and did a whole perimeter drainage system and braced two walls. "Rich Reimer inspected our basement for suspected mold.  It turns out we do not have a mold problem but Rich spent more than half an hour testing our sump pump (it doesn't work) and advising us to get a basement specialist in because he noticed a gap between our basement walls and floor where moisture (and resulting minteral stains) is causing problems.  Rich also noticed roots coming from the drain pipes that feed water to the sump pump.
I expected to pay something for the inspection and advice but Rich refused.  He was extremely professional, knowledeagle and, obviously, ethical.  I would not hesitate to use Rich in the future or to recommend his company to anybody in need of mold remediation.  By the way, Rich was also very good with our wound-up golden lab retreiver!
