"I spoke with the owner at 2:30 in the afternoon and he was here for an estimate at 5pm. We booked an appointment for a new furnace that day. We had problems with the old furnace and the owner worked on it, attempting to replicate the problem. A Tech was sent out the next morning (free of charge) to get us through until the new furnace was installed 6 days later. Everyone we dealt with was VERY knowledgeable, explained each step to us, were expedient and very thorough. Pricing was excellent. This company will be the only company we call for ANY HVAC work. "Both technicians were prompt, professional, clean and courteous. You cannot tell that anyone was even here they did such a good job cleaning up. We had a small wiring job (new breaker circuit and multiple outlets) to be quoted and Electrician Mike completed the job immediately following the estimate. HVAC Mike arrived shortly after and completed the overdue checkup on our furnace. He even cleaned the filter on our dehumidifier -- I didn't even know it had one, lol! We will be doing a remodel on our main floor soon and will have Cardinal out to do the electrical, plumbing and gas for the job. My wife has commented twice already about how well they cleaned up after completing their respective projects!"
