The gentleman arrived exactly on time. He cleaned it very well, then check the furnace filter which was also very dirty, replaced it. Also checked the R22 level, had to put a lb in and then checked the output of cold air. It was perfect. Told me the approximate age of unit and what to look for in the future. Highly recommended."

We will be doing a remodel on our main floor soon and will have Cardinal out to do the electrical, plumbing and gas for the job.
