Mike Toubl and his team are exceptional and highly recommended from this customer. We had a venting issue over the winter and they were very responsive, and even proactively checked in. They also worked with our claim adjuster to ensure our work was covered to the maximum extent possible. On the day they completed the work, they were very efficient in cleanup. The roof looks great!

They did an excellent job.  They were excellent.  Our insurance was paid because we had damage to the roof from a huge hailstorm.   Their price was comparable to other people.  In fact, they did a lot of work in our sub division.  We live in a very nice sub division and a lot of other people are really happy.  They were done in almost 2 days.  They came out and inspected.  They sat down with us and told us what they would do.  We could call them anytime, day or night if we had any problems.  They were here almost the whole day watching the workers and making sure that they were doing it right.  They cleaned up wonderfully well.  I was just really happy.  I would go with them again.  We asked them to do the gutters and they did.  I think they had somebody do the gutters.  I don't know if they did the gutters or not.  I don't remember that.  Their price was a little bit more expensive than somebody else.

The work itself was real nice but they were not ever on time. The work was delayed;  it was the typical sort of thing that I would expect from trusting people I guess. They still have things setting in my yard. I am waiting on my insurance company to settle up with them. The work they did was beautiful. I would probably use them again but it was real frustrating dealing with them.

The whole process was straight forward, easy to understand and completed according to the estimate.  They were an awesome crew to have at our home.

They did an excellent job overall.  Rain delays did prevent completion as scheduled.

Ben arrived with our insurance inspector. He worked with the inspector to make sure that all damage was reported to the insurance company. He left a list of several references from other clients in the area who had roofing work done. Although I was concerned about the rating on Angie's list, the neighbor that I called was very positive and shared that several other neighbors had used them and planned to use them again after the recent storm. They were punctual and finished our huge roofing job in just over 1 day. The roof looks great and they cleaned up completely. Ben was very professional and responsive to our phone calls from start to finish. I would use Toubl again.

I spent $18,000 on the job. I think their price was good. My neighbor had their roof done by another company and it had cost them a lot more than what I had paid. The project manager was really on top of things a lot. He made a lot of phone calls and did a lot of followup. I think they had put a flyer on my door and I had called them up. They had saturated my neighborhood with their little door tags. The only negative thing about working with them was that I had to reconcile the final bill. There were certain things that I had questions about, as insurance was involved with the project. I was impressed with their speed. They were very clean. I was really impressed with that. They protected things from getting damaged. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a two-day project, but most of the work was done in a day. There was nothing left sitting out overnight at all. You would not have known that they had come out in the first place. They were very efficient and very professional. The workers did not disrupt the neighborhood. They were very nice people. I would use them again in the future.

Our initial contact was with a field rep, who knocked on our door to offer preliminary inspection since he was in the neighborhood, dealing with someone else.  All communication was timely and professional.  Our contact person was knowledgeable and provided any answers that we needed, 

The work itself was completed efficiently.  They were very careful to inspect the area for refuse at the end of the job.  

We have been very pleased with the experience, from start to finish.      

They were reasonably punctual and performed the job quickly, but they did not clean up as promised. I'm still finding nails on the property, and their truck left a huge oil slick in the driveway. Not a big deal, but they promised to clean it and didn't.

They were responsive and communicated well. They did the work quickly and did it well. They lived upto their commitments. Our experience with them was very positive.

It was a terrible experience to work with Toubl. First, as they removed the old roof, they damaged plants, threw shingles, nail and debris all over the lawn, plants, into my AC unit; basically created a hazard. They left nails all over the yard, driveway, etc. When installing new roof, they were haphazard; emphasizing speed over quality. The result was a roof that had ''humps, bumps, gaps'' that they admitted. I had an inspector come and look at the work when they were done b/c it looked so bumpy and unusual. Toubl was interested in ''getting to the next job'' as opposed to doing the job with care and quality. I talked with the owner, who said he'd reimburse me for damage, etc. Then he asked his cousin to contact me. His cousin yelled, screamed, threatened and tried to intimidate me. They were a horrible company to work with, and I could not recommend them to anyone.
