We pre-paid materials costs and paid the balance at the completion of the job. THE PERFORMANCE The job timeline was delivered exactly as promised. The crew cleaned-up after themselves every day. There was a minimum of inconvenience, because the job was phased to allow access one or the other bathroom at all times so we never had to move-out or work around them. MASTER BATH DESIGN and BUILD Glass block designer shower, new granite counters and under-hung sinks with all new fixtures, new tile floors and wall tiles to 4 feet. Ryan did all the carpentry, tile and painting himself and arranged a licensed plumber for new pipes and fixtures. The results are even better than we visualized. The terrazzo chip shower floor is a piece of art. GUEST BATH TILE and PAINT Beautiful new ceramic tile replaced old tub surround, and tile theme carried through the floor. Nice designer accents throughout. OVERALL SATISFACTION We are delighted with delivery and finished product. FOLLOW-UP Ryan returned to replace a cracked tile that appeared a month after work was completed - no charge!"
