"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"Previously, the owner came and reviewed the house to give us a quote for initial deep cleaning and then follow-up cleanings. 4 cleaners came for nearly 4 hours and cleaned all rooms of our ranch house for the deep clean. For days after they left my husband and I kept finding areas that they cleaned that we never thought they would have spotted: cobwebs on walls, tops of ceiling fans, chandeliers, huge mirrors, dusty furniture, vacuumed under furniture, dusty radiators/vents.
