Rich provided me advice via phone on multiple occasions, told me what to look for and assured me that the other company was following industry standards. Ultimately Rich came to our house to potentially provide us with an estimate on the rebuild portion of the remediation. "They were very responsive in providing a quotation for the gutter replacement and the price was competitive. They were very busy so there was a bit of a delay in completing the work.
