It was such a sigh of relief to see it done well and at reasonable timing. The persistent small basement leak issue had been happening every spring and fall for 8 years. Now it's all set up with the best fix money can buy. So glad for their valued help! After the job was done, (and even somewhat during the job) Nick made sure to answer any questions and be very thorough in showing me every feature that was added, how to maintain the system, etc. This was an ideal experience, and I trust the same will be true for you if you have these guys come over! Only thing that could be better for me is if it were all free, but these guys have to go home and take care of their families too just like the rest of us. "Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"I should have gotten more estimates but I was worried about what was behind my bathroom walls that might have lead to more expenses than the original estimate. The bathtub looks great but the first time I took a shower the water pressure was terrible. They sent someone out the next day but he was unable to resolve the problem. There were several conversations and I was told the plumber thought there was a cracked pipe and I should get a local plumber out to fix it. They did offer to split the cost of the repair bill. However, I was never informed of any issues with the pipes and when I did get a plumber out, I was informed it was not my pipes and the problem was with one of the newly installed pipes. In my opinion, this is a problem that should have been caught during installation. Now I am waiting for a fourth service person to rip out one of the walls and replace the pipe. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality installation."
