After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. "We were told 2 movers would arrive around 8am. Got there at 730 am to get a call by 9am saying the movers would arrive after 12pm! After discussions saying we were told we'd be the first job, she told us we were pushed to the 2nd job and that they'd give us a 3rd guy free of charge to make the move faster. After noon came & went, and I called asking where the guys were. This time I got a man on the phone who argued my 3rd guy being free... I explained to him what the lady said and for the INCONVENIENCE of being pushed 2nd, waiting around ALL day long, then he FINALY agreed to give us the 3rd guy for free. Movers arrived at 3:30pm!!!!!!! 3 guys, one who WREAKED of MARIJUANA and one who kept sneaking my mom's stuff into the front seat of their truck as I watched out the balcony window. Yep, I KNOW they stole my mom's stuff! My mom was missing ALL of her credit cards besides the one she paid with after we got her into her new home (which, by the way, wasn't until after 9pm)! They stole!"
