"This company charged an elderly couple that lived in a different state $44,000 to replace a flat roof in Two Rivers. After inspecting the roof for a few minutes it was clear that none of the decking the customer paid for to have replaced was actually replaced. It was still spongy and rotten under the new membrane. Unfortunately they lived in a different state and were unable to see the finished product before they paid their invoice."

We contacted Hemple Services, and they were at our home the next day to access damages and guide us through the insurance process. Jason the contractor, was very helpful. He showed us different types of shingles and how they should be installed properly. The work crews were on-site daily and were productive and careful not to damage numerous shrubs. "very poor work quality, I had to have them come back 3 times after the initial installation to repair damages and fix the shoddy workmanship to get the roof right and it still hasn't passed Inspection. On top of that on three other occasions they were scheduled to be there and they just didnt show up at all. They left trash in my yard and in my driveway causing a flat tire on my car due to nails left all over the driveway. I even found missing shingles on a newly installed roof, how does that happen? I also found out after the fact they were TWICE as expensive as their competitors. I called 3 different contractors after getting their final bill and found this out. Twice the price for shoddy work? I'm just glad I was able to get up on the roof and check the quality of the work and demand they corrected it. My recommendation, hire someone else. There are so many other capable company's out there. You dont need to waste your time with this one. It's not worth it."
