We explained that we had what were thought to be old interior water stains and just wanted to be sure. Steve inspected the stains and drywall. He determined that the stains were old and that the drywall was sound. Steve then went on to inspect the roof. He preformed minor repairs such as caulking flashing and re-nailing shingles.
