"I did my part to communicate clearly what was wanted and he did not do carry it out saying “his designers” said otherwise. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. It’s like going to a restaurant and ordering chicken and getting pork chops instead. And the waitstaff says oh we make the best pork chops. Deal with it! You would not return."
