"Service was excellent. Ray contacted me the day I put in my request, he was able to give me an estimate that same day. We have three large white cedar trees that are planted too close together and adjacent to power lines. They had never been trimmed (except the tops by WPS) and are over 40 years old. Nature had started reclaiming the space around and under these trees. Ray was able to trim them to shape, remove all of the dead branches and clean up the bottom, he removed all of the debris for no extra charge. He also cut down a large buckthorn and removed a ton of weeds and other invasive plants and a bonus dead lilac. Ray is a great guy to work with, he’s polite, and involves you in the decision making process. He also made sure to blow out and clean up afterwards. I would definitely have him come back. I’m happy and my neighbors are happy too. "

"My rock border was full of dirt and weeds. The guys took out the stones, cleaned them off on the driveway, put down new weed guard, then replaced the stones and added more to fill in. "I received an estimate from Joe Anderson, Anderson Custom Services, on April 29, 2019 for spring yard cleanup. A $150 deposit was requested in order to get a time slot. I sent $150. The agreement, in writing, was for 2-3 wks later to do the work. Joe never showed up, never did the work, and has refused to return the $150 deposit. I requested the refund starting May 29, 2019. I have called, left voicemail, texted, emailed. On June 23, 2019, he LIED and stated he cut the check. 3 wks later, I contacted him again. He LIED, stating ck was returned undeliverable. I had given him mailing address at least 3 times, & it was on the cashed ck. JOE ANDERSON IS A SCAM ARTIST. DO NOT EVER HIRE HIM FOR ANY WORK. He has taken other clients’ deposit monies and refused to return the funds. Ck on Better Bsns Bureau Wisconsin.... There are several other complaints with the same story. DO NOT USE ANDERSON CUSTOM SERVICES. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST and has stolen my $150. I have hired an attorney and will also be filing small claims. He has 2 other claims against him, also. JOE ANDERSON IS A SCAMMER."
