I am moving into that of rural and small town real estate appraiser. I have traveled three back roads of the counties I will be working in, talked with and done business with the people who do business in those areas for years. I also am a member of appraisers in Wisconsin work together to provide superior service to lenders. We share 8 data bases, of which we belong to within the state, as well as, several other areas available on the internet. We share information with each other, consult on problems; that may arise on the assignments. We range from licensed appraisers, to certified appraisers, to general certified appraisers.
