My girlfriend was so sick that she was unable to schedule the appointment, so I contacted MPR when I got home and Randy, the owner, was extremely professional and courteous from our initial conversation. I inquired about an appointment setup time and he told me he could be at our house within 45 minutes to help. I should mention this was late on a Saturday afternoon!
