"Tyler was very professional. He explained about the wasps and what they do with building their nests. He even saw one flying from the back end of my minivan checked it out and removed a small nest that was recently started. He also checked inside the attic to make sure the screens were in place over the vents. I feel safe from the wasps now. I decided to have preventative service done for wasps in the future. Those of you wanting to support small local businesses and veterans, Buginator is the one to go with to prevent and remove wasps."

Bird Control questions, answered by experts

Yes, it’s possible for bats in your attic to find a way into your living spaces. Until you can properly remove the bats, the best course of action is to keep the attic doors closed and any holes sealed. Evidence suggests bats follow the airflow in your home, so they may try escaping from the attic to other parts of the house.

Removal typically takes 1-3 days. Sealing entry points and cleanup may require additional time.

Some birds of prey, like owls, hunt at night. Hawks are diurnal and need good light to see their prey. You could see them circling anytime from dawn to dusk. Species like the common red-tailed hawk are most active in the early morning and late evening when their prey is also typically on the go.

The lifespan of a bird's nest depends on the species. The building process can take from two days to three weeks. Once built, the nesting period for baby birds can last from two to ten weeks before they leave the nest. While most young birds are ready in two to six weeks, some predatory species may need up to two and a half months. Some species nest four to five times per year, so a nest could remain in use for several months. For specific information about a particular nest's longevity, it is best to consult a wildlife professional.

Numerous predators kill hornets, including frogs, birds, lizards, bats, spiders, and hedgehogs. Some larger predators, including rats, skunks, and racoons, will occasionally attack a hornet nest in order to eat the larvae inside. These natural predators typically don’t eat enough hornets to make them an effective form of hornet control.
