"Everything went as smooth as possible! From meeting with the salesman and picking a color to talking with the office and scheduling. Day before install they reached out to confirm and day of install crew called and was right on time. Install crew was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had at the time. "We could not find a local flooring company that wanted to talk with us - either too busy for months or no reply to our message.
