"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

He didn't just dive in an do it the cheapest or the easiest way; he had a conversation with us and gave us the options. Once we agreed upon an option he took care of everything without ego. "Goettl & Verbracken did a very competent job for us under difficult conditions in an older home. Working side by side was helpful for both parties, as questions always come up. Location of installed flex gas line (next to and in the same opening as the metal dryer vent) was not anticipated. I drilled a new hold with spade bit and extension and rerouted the gas line. Otherwise, we are happy with the work done and would hire again!"
