"Fantastic! Jacob is a true artist when it comes to tile work. He has a great attention to detail. He took the time to bevel and edge on one of my marble outlet covers that I'd likely not noticed, but totally appreciate the extra touch. He is tidy while he works and very thorough on his clean up after the project is complete. He is also a really great guy. "The work looks OK from the outside. But the experience was poor . The specific product contracted for was not applied. There was damage to the insulation material under the siding because they worked off ladders versus using platforms. They dropped an expensive barn light which I had to replace at my expense. The crew was never checked on by the supervisors. It's probably my fault I did not stop the workman when I realized they did not have the correct materials and were going to install it anyway. It probably wasn't the crews fault. It was managements."
