"The kitchen sink drain appeared to be unclogged, however later when I used the disposal it backed up again. John was supposed to come back on Sunday night to fix it, but didn't call or text to let me know he couldn't make it. He came on Monday and repeated the process without charging me, and everything appears to be fine now."
