"We called Envirgo to have tile removed, tested and encapsulate the flooring on Wednesday, Dec 10, 2025. Nobody was on these floors until I walked in today and discovered that the encapsulation fluid was sprayed on my walls. Yes it is a water based sealant but the paint inside the house is also water based. My fiancé will be calling the company later today to see if we can get this resolved, because I will not be wiping these walls down because I don't want to take off the paint. If you look at the pictures, you can see where the paint is already starting to come off.Because of this encapsulation. I do not recommend them and I will not recommend them to my family or friends unless they fix this to my satisfaction."

Mold Removal: During mold remediation / removal, the drywall may need to be removed. If that is the case, the studs are sprayed and scrubbed down with shockwave anti-fungal / anti-bacterial disinfectant. Then they will be sprayed with aftershock fungicidal sealant, which helps to ensure that the mold will not return. Negative pressure air machines are used and all debris is double bagged and we dispose of it at an approved landfill.
