"They do not cover my new units now. I found them to be difficult to work with. They sent somebody out to repair it, which we were told the compressor was gone so they couldn't repair it. But, the person they sent out didn't want to speak to a woman, he wanted to speak to my husband. They were just kind of curt. It was during a hot time of the year, but the company they sent out acted like they didn't even want to be here. We have an insurance on our house. I paid $75 twice because when the first unit went out they sent somebody, the second unit went out they sent somebody out again."
