They showed us what they were going to do as they went along in the process. That part was very interesting to see what they were going to do and we could ask questions as we went along then. We did the who outside drainage work and foundation waterproofed. Put in a new back up sump pump and did a whole perimeter drainage system and braced two walls. We were very impressed with the work and all the workers. I would recommend them to anyone."

"This review is well over due. Now that we have the drain tile system we have not received any flooding The day he began Brian's team came to our house promptly in the morning at 8am. They immediately started jack hammering the floor around the perimeter of the basement. While two men jack hammered on opposite ends the rest of the team followed behind them clearing debris and bringing the large pieces to a truck to be hauled away. They then installed the drain pipe, sump pumps, and poured cement. They were able to compete the project within 8 hours. I was definitely impressed! Now that it is a year later with 3 seasons behind us we cannot complain about his installation of the drainage system. Furthermore, one year later he still provided us with exceptional customer service. Oddly enough our pipes connected to our sump pump that takes the water from the drain tile to the backyard became detached. He responded asap with putting the detached pipes from the sump pump back together and making sure what happened will not happen again. What I liked about him in comparison to the other companies was his approach. No sales techniques, nothing gimmicky just genuine and straight shooter type of guy.
